On the 14 Oct call Maryana asked to see the transfers on a test QuickBooks file before anything touches the real books. This runs one transaction all the way through: the order, the 5am card reservation, the doorstep, the charge, the day-end entry to QuickBooks, then a reversal with a refund to the card. Every number is then checked from both sides.

9,000 customers, 26 delivery days, every kind of doorstep outcome: short deliveries, extra jugs, returns only. The platform keeps every customer's invoice. QuickBooks receives one summary entry per day, then both sides are compared to the cent.
